Reservations for the Event will be made by individual attendees directly with Marriott reservations at 1 (800) 452-2223 or through a reservation link provided through the hotel code IRD Association
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before [12:01 AM] EST, Monday, Friday, September 10, 2021 (the "Cutoff Date").
Guestrooms on Tuesday, 10/12/2021 - Saturday, 10/16/2021 will be at a discounted flat rate of $129.00 per room, per night plus the tax rate of 11%. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by a major credit card. Individual reservations canceled less than 72 hrs. prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's room and tax.
Check-In time is 3:00pm. Check-Out time is 11:00AM. Late Check-Outs will result in additional charges.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE: An early departure fee of $50 will apply if a Customer attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.
